To ensure fair competition and verify the identity of participants in our skill-based contests, we may collect and process additional information including but not limited to:
a) Government-issued identification for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification;
b) Competition history and performance records;
c) Device fingerprinting for security and fraud prevention;
d) IP address and location data for competition integrity verification.
Some of the Information, for example, your name and/or username, may be listed publicly on the Services, including on your profile page and in search results. You agree that We and/or third parties on our behalf and/or our partners may use the Information for the purposes of:
a) Contacting you as part of customer support;

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Google Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any way with, the contests, competitions, rewards, or tournaments held on the Whot Arena platform.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising in connection with this Privacy Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
If any court or other competent authority finds any of this Privacy Policy to be invalid or unenforceable, the other terms of this Privacy Policy will not be affected.
